What we do with what you send us.
This site runs no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. The only information it holds is what you type into it. This is what happens to that, who else touches it, and how to have it deleted.

Who we are
Kortesy Group Limited, a company registered in Jamaica, decides what happens to the information this site collects. Write to info@kortesygroup.com about anything in this notice.
What we collect, and why
Two things, both because you chose to send them — plus ordinary server logs.
The contact form
Your name, email address, company and message. We use them to reply to you and, if it turns into work, to keep a record of how the conversation started. The form is emailed to us; this site keeps no database of submissions.
The website assistant
What you type into the chat is sent to Anthropic’s API to generate a reply, and the conversation stays in your browser for as long as the page is open. We keep no transcript, and the assistant can reach no client system and no customer data. Please don’t type anything confidential into it — use the contact form or email.
Server logs
Our host records ordinary request logs — IP address, page, time — for a short period. That is what shows us whether the site is up and whether it is being abused. We build no profiles from them.
Who else handles it
The services this site runs on. Each sees only what it needs to do its job.
Vercel
Hosts kortesygroup.com and keeps the request logs.
Anthropic
Generates the website assistant’s replies from the messages you send it.
Resend and Microsoft 365
Deliver and hold the email your contact form becomes.
Cloudflare Turnstile
Checks that a form submission comes from a person rather than a bot.
We do not sell your information and do not share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it. These providers operate outside Jamaica, so a message you send us is processed abroad.
How long we keep it — and what you can ask for
An enquiry that doesn’t become work is deleted within twelve months. Where we go on to work together, the correspondence is kept while we hold the contract, and after that only as long as tax and company records require.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@kortesygroup.com and we will answer within 30 days. This notice is governed by the laws of Jamaica.
